A little help
For a missing purchase, use Restore purchases in the Plus screen. For sleep import, check Apple Health permissions and whether sleep records exist. You can always enter sleep manually.
Email contato@asppect.com.br for FlashTrace support or privacy questions.
If contacting support, include your iOS and app versions and a description of the issue. Avoid sending health records unless you intentionally choose to share them. Support messages are used to respond to your request; do not send passwords or payment card details.
